“A Swinging Christmas” has been a sold-out extravaganza celebrating the holidays at Birdland in New York since 2010. Now the merry show comes to Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Grill for one night only on Tuesday, December 17. In the tradition of beloved seasonal specials, Blackhurst, Caruso, and Stritch will perform swinging arrangements of “Christmas Waltz,” “Holiday Season”, “Sleigh Ride”, “Snow”, and other holiday favorites.

Storm Large shot to national prominence in 2006 as a finalist on the CBS show Rock Star: Supernova. Large made a name for herself from tours with Pink Martini, with whom she is currently touring Europe.
